You have two options to request account deletion:

 

Option 1: Delete via the App

1. Open the Steps for Trees app.
 

2. Log in with your registered email (if not already logged in).
 

3. Go to Account → Settings.
 

4. Tap on Delete Account.
 

Once your request is submitted, your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

Option 2: Request via Email

You can also email us at hello@stepsfortrees.com from the same email address you used to register.

​

After we verify your identity, your account will be deleted within 7 working days.
